An urge comes and it may be difficult to pass, such as wanting to vent aloud a lot and talk to someone when I should actually be spending some time in solitude. It's usually in hindsight that I see it and feel sorry for myself.<br /><br />It can be easy to feel godlike and perfect during 'high' times and imperfect and deeply flawed during 'low' times.
